Lakeshore Talent has partnered with a company in Denver to staff a Customer Service Representative Role. This is a contract to possible hire role for the right candidate.

We are seeking people with flexibility Monday through Friday between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital role within an organization responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

CSRs act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.

They play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation and fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Assistance : Interact with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) to address their queries, concerns, and requests.

Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, problems, or conflicts effectively and efficiently. Identify the root cause of issues, escalate when necessary, and follow through until resolution, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Generate reports as required to track customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Product / Service Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Stay updated with new offerings, promotions, and policies.

  • Order Processing : Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately. Enter and update customer information in the system / database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Customer Retention : Proactively engage with customers to promote loyalty and retention. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, recommend solutions, and offer personalized assistance to meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations to resolve complex customer issues or provide additional assistance.

Share customer feedback and insights to improve overall processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Active listening skills and empathy towards customers
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and patience
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Pay is $20 per hour.

Do you love helping a company build amazing teams through hiring? Lakeshore Talent is partnering with an oil and gas company based in Denver to fill an opening for a Recruiter! This would be responsible for working with managers to identify and develop their hiring efforts and execute on full-cycle recruiting.

The ideal candidate would be extremely detail oriented and organized with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

This will be a 3 6-month temporary position, pay will largely depend on experience with a range of $25-$55 / hr. This will primarily be working on location in Denver with the ability to work 1-2 days a week remotely.

Description :

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruiting, executing recruiting strategies through sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish full cycle recruiting plans.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens and reference checks.
  • Maintain hiring organization, following up appropriately with all parties.
  • Generate and prepare offer letters, including capturing appropriate approvals.
  • Initiate and review pre-employment contingencies.
  • Coach and educate leaders on internal processes and best practices.
  • Maintain current and accurate reporting related to open roles and new hires.
  • Assists with creating and executing recruiting and onboarding strategies and processes.

What you would bring :

  • Experience in full cycle recruiting required.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and high volume of requisitions required.
  • Prior oil and gas recruiting preferred.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System required (ADP very strongly preferred).
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws relating to hiring
  • Process driven, self-motivated, and can work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Contract Executive Assistant

Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Contract Executive Assistant for one of their clients based out of Denver, Colorado.

This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of extention or hire.

Pay is between $42 and $46 per hour and is based upon experience.

Background and drug screen required upon hire.

Job Description :

As the executive assistant you will be providing executive-level support to our Chief Operating Officer.

Job Duties :

  • Maintaining the COO schedule
  • Providing logistical and travel support
  • Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar
  • Working on operation related projects
  • Tracking COO tasks to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years of recent experience supporting C-level executives
  • Experience with Concur, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Webex and SAP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great at multitasking
