Produce Marketing Specialist
Labatt Food Service seeks a Produce Marketing Specialist to buy and sell fresh produce through the company’s sales force.
The position involves learning all aspects of the produce business, including technical product knowledge from growing regions all over the world, to sourcing product from manufacturers and brokers, to selling produce products through sales representatives on a large customer base.
Position works directly with the Produce Manager and provides the opportunity to learn an entire business within a business, including separate P&L performance measurement.
The position involves developing technical product expertise on all produce vendor lines. Sales and marketing plans are developed and executed to grow these lines through the existing 3500+ company customers.
The successful candidate should be college degreed in RHIM, Marketing, or a business related field. Food service and / or produce experience preferred.
Individual will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and with confidence to food service directors, chefs, managers, and owners through one on one meetings, presentations, and correspondence.
Must work well with people and have good time management skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Microsoft Office expertise mandatory.
Bilingual, English and Spanish, strongly preferred.
Local Student Driver (Permanent/Full-time)
Labatt Food Service is now hiring for a Student Driver at the Houston location. Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class A Permit or Texas Class A CDL.

Customer Service Representative
Labatt Food Service is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the San Antonio office. A Customer Service Representative will utilize problem solving skills to resolve user requests and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Respond and resolve customer requests concerning order processing, deliveries, product inquiries and other requests via phone and e-mail.
Research and offer product suggestions based on customer requirements
Communicate order and product changes with customers in a timely fashion
Identify and effectively communicate changing customer needs with internal personnel
Requirements
Effective communication skills to be able to quickly understand and resolve customer requests in a friendly and respectful manner.

Corporate Recruiter/Hiring Coordinator
Labatt Food Service is seeking a Hiring Coordinator at our San Antonio headquarters. This position will help with recruiting and hiring for all corporate positions across Labatt’s 10 offices.
The primary functions of this job include but are not limited to the full hiring cycle : posting jobs, searching resumes, reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, pre-employment screening, and hiring qualified applicants.
This position will also attend college career fairs and will be involved with creating a presence for Labatt on college campuses throughout Texas.
The Hiring Coordinator will also be very involved with our new hire orientation process as well as our summer internship program.
The qualified candidate must be outgoing, hardworking, and people oriented. Must have the ability to work under tight deadlines and under high stress.
