Responsibilities :
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- Field customer complaints when necessary
Qualifications :
- Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
- 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred

Hotel Director Of Housekeeping
We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us.
You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget.
Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply. Compensation :
$15 - $15.75 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget
- Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
- Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas
- Cleaning rooms alongside your team or laundry may be required
Qualifications :
- Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills
- At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
- Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar
- Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
