Our Financial Analysts play a key role in keeping our departments and programs on track. All departments utilize Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to keep all projects and programs moving in the same direction with accurate and complete information for our customers.

Essential Functions :
- Guide program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing overseeing of cost and schedule integration
- Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal / external reporting, risk management and financial support
- Development of quarterly EACs; analyze / assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data
- Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), creation and maintenance of charge numbers
- Assist in monitoring costs and personnel ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
- Assist with workforce planning, forecasting and reporting
- Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
- Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required to include customer reporting.
- Develop and present briefing of program financial status to customer
- Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

The purpose of this position is to work with the Finance Leadership in order to provide the organization FP&A support for the FOS (Cincinnati) business.
The FP&A Analyst will support reporting requirements from the Segment / Sector / Division levels. The FP&A Analyst is an integral member of the FOS finance department and collaborates with the Division FP&A team, the PFA team, and all other functional departments, providing guidance to Leadership and other members of Management.

- Compiles the monthly financial forecast from the Program Finance EAC workbooks, including, but not limited to, all aspects of the P&L and balance sheet.

L3Harris’ Communication Systems segment is currently seeking a Manager, Program Finance to join our team . This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, UT facility.
Position Overview :
In this role, you will directly manage a financial team which consists of cost analysts for their respective portfolios.
You will interact internally with the program leadership team (including program managers, program directors and program area VPs) regarding the daily execution of the programs and other financial projects.
You'll also interact externally with the customer for Finance related issues affecting the programs that require customer involvement.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that compliance with our System Description and creation of program EAC / SPAs are accurate.
- Work closely with the Program Area Director(s) to help develop strategies for successful execution of the current contracts as well as for future efforts during the bidding, negotiations and planning phases of the program.
- Partner with your team and the programs relative to EVM matters, which include the budgeting, planning / scheduling, estimate at completion, work authorization, change management, data analysis and other processes.
- Monitor and analyze the information produced by the analysts and systems to insure data integrity and the information is useful for decision-making.
- Additional duties include oversight of all financial aspects of the programs including the monthly financial reporting, Program Management Reviews, EAC / SPA cycles, invoicing and collections, and closeout efforts.
- The most successful candidate must be able to supervise, train, and develop a finance team as well as provide direct contribution on program execution and strategic thinking to the program office teams.
Required (Basic) Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
