What You Will Do :
- Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that maintain Brand consistency
- Ensure all concepts and innovative design ideas are cutting edge and maintain Brand consistency
- Work with the Category teams responding to artwork briefs
- Liaise with relevant internal and third parties (agencies) to develop artwork, including product packaging and all creative material for events.
- Collate the correct assets from the team; i.e. product copy and product claim.
- Adhere to all creative timelines and ensure artwork is released in a timely manner.
- Provide creative input for photo shoots, social media campaigns and PR
- Work effectively with agencies to deliver on creative asset requirements
- Facilitate brainstorm meetings and creative sessions
- Agile hands-on designer skills

- 7+ years of related business experience
- Consumer package goods or beauty industry experience is preferred
- MAC Proficiency (Adobe Suite, other relevant design software)

LOréal is in search of an Amazon expert and data drivendecision maker to accelerate its growing retail business.This role will provide thought leadership anddirection to brands on all aspects of Amazon's retail ecosystem;
effectivelymanaging commercial projects, supporting capability vendors and best-in- classstrategies for LOréal USA.This rolewill also drive ongoing strategic customer workstreams at an enterprise levelin the areas of Sales, Marketing / Merchandising, Sustainability, Operations andmore.
The Ideal candidate has CPGexperience managing a commercial business or leading strategy for largeeCommerce / Pureplay businesses, with a deep understanding of what it takes tosucceed across supply chain, operations, and go-to-market retail strategy.
This role requires excellent cross-functionalrelationship management and the ability to understand and prioritize multiplebusiness challenges / opportunities at a time.

- Strong eCommerce CPG / Retail background andthorough understanding of how to answer business questions / challenges throughdata with clear sense of the value added.
- Demonstrated experience managing a customerP&L and successfully building promotional plans
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonalcommunication / presentation skills; ability to influence at the most seniorlevels
