Your Role and Responsibilities

Attend / React on the alerts of Up / Down status of Firewalls, VPN devices, DDOS & WAF. Attend on alerts of endpoint solutions around NAC & Endpoint encryption.

Work on incident or problem ticket after recognition of the problem and notify Client according to a mutually agreed escalation process.

Respond to any alarms received from the in-scope devices & Backup. Contact product support / TAC support for security devices.

Drive and produce a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report for all incidents. Provide the last archived configuration to assist with Restore in the event of configuration loss (including during any outage or disaster) or changes or performance issues.

Perform device configuration management, back up and logging.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain logical network diagrams and architecture documentation & IP Management
  • Upgrade firmware, security patches and latest software upgrades as per client policy
  • Firewall Policy monitoring and fine tuning
  • Perform policy / configuration changes to the managed services / products as per the SOP shared by client
  • Update and maintain the firewall policy as per client request.
  • Escalate security incidents via e-mail, as appropriate
  • Follow the compliance and security guideline and to make sure compliance level is as per bank compliance expectation.
  • Follow-up and do all needed coordination to achieve this for security
  • IPS Signature updating & management and Vulnerability assessment support & implementation of suggested mitigation by Customer SOC Team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hands on Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, and management experience of FortiGate, Cisco & Pal Alto firewalls with good troubleshooting skills.
  • Independent handling and managing severity
  • Good understanding on firewall polices and implementation skills
  • Knowledge and configuration experience on Intrusion detection and IPS
  • Experience on firewall monitoring tools
  • Hands on experience around NAC solution preferably Cisco ISE solutions, Imperva WAF, & Symantec Endpoint solutions

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Knowledge on Proxy solutions, Cisco / Juniper / Checkpoint firewall experience, other security devices management experience (WAF, ACS, VPN Solutions).
  • Security certification, CCNP, NSE, CCSE etc
  • Understanding and troubleshooting / configuration experience on DDOS & web gateways.
  • Knowledge on Security Logging solutions, QRadar and other OEM Syslog logging solutions
  • Knowledge of automation to reduce the number of incidents or repetitive incidents are preferred

Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you a technologist that can develop manage and provide Data Engineering? Are you interested in contributing to a team focused on Data Architecture and helping customers pivot their existing legacy data solutions for Modern Data Warehousing, Including Data Lake Ingestion and Data Modeling and Data Engineering?

  • Participate in evaluation of supporting technologies and industry best practices with our cloud partners and peer teams
  • Lead Modern Data Warehouse Solutions and Sizing efforts to create defined plans and work estimates for customer proposals and Statements of work
  • Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, as is and to be scenarios!
  • Lead client discovery to identify business and technical requirements and identify risk or potential issues
  • Evaluate the full technology stack of services required including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, DataOps, operations, availability, and automation.
  • Research, design, and develop Public & Private Data Solutions, including impacts to enterprise architecture
  • Technical Experience Designing, Developing, Deploying and / or Migrating to AZURE, AWS, and other leading data environments
  • Work with Sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities hosted by Azure, AWS, and other Data Services
  • Lead the discussions of cloud concepts as it relates to Kyndryl’s Cloud methodology so that clear offerings are developed and implemented with focus on success. Day-to-Day activities
  • Provide technical leadership specific to data architecture and solutions design
  • Designing solutions to meet the needs and business goals of customers
  • Mentor and assist team members with Knowledge transfer and technical leadership
  • Contribute where you time is most needed and provides the most benefit
  • Stay Current with technology, Kyndryl abilities and market trends. How the position fits into Kyndryl Data Engineer is an excellent technologist that, would be able to develop and extend data ingestions using both ELT / ETL data movement pipelines
  • They should be able to deliver an ingestion framework for relational data sources, understand layers and rules of a data lake and carry out all the tasks to operationalize data pipelines
  • A data engineer uses, Synapse Workspace, Synapse Pipelines, Data Factory Pipelines, Data Bricks notebooks, Synapse Data Lakes, Synapse Spark, Synapse SQL Pools, Synapse Serverless Pools, Purview and other data solutions
  • Coding skills should be including proficiency in SQL, Spark languages such as Python and PySpark and or Scala Should understand Modern Data Warehouse Designs
  • Data Engineer would support the Data Architect and supplement data modeling, skills under some circumstances. It would be great if the was familiar with other data tools such as Informatica and or Talend
  • Also familiar with Streaming Sources and loading raw data from stream sources using Kafka and or Stream Analytics
  • If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $148,490 to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule.

Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

  • In depth knowledge of Azure and / or AWS cloud hosting architecture with experience with AZURE and AWS is a bonus

Your Role and Responsibilities

Within Kyndryl Consult Netherlands, we are looking for a Project Manager with minimum 2-3 years of experience, who plans and delivers infrastructure and hybrid infrastructure service projects.

Dutch and English speaking (Dutch Nationality is a pre-requisite). A technical background is a plus.

You will be working in teams with end-to-end responsibility across different platforms / hyperscalers. You align the technical project scope with well-established PM methods (traditional waterfall / agile).

Our project managers have an overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes (among others) applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control.

Coaching project resources and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer is your second nature.

Activities in scope :

  • Define project governance with a clear structure and framework
  • Define responsibilities and foster cooperation / collaboration, deliver according to milestones
  • Ensure delivered solutions are realized in committed time frame and meet client expectation
  • Manage stakeholders by effective and pro-active communication
