KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to designated senior leaders within Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Maintain daily schedules including internal meetings, conference calls involving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, and client meetings
  • Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international
  • Prepare and submit bi-monthly accurate expense reports for leaders and reconcile statements
  • Update business development database (Salesforce.com) and prepare reports for review
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations (pitch decks), Word documents (contracts), and other business documents
  • Represent the organization and leaders to internal and external parties as required
  • Assist with other duties such as file maintenance, photocopying, scanning, mailings, trouble shooting, and meeting planning
  • Collaborate with peers and other colleagues to support the broader team; assist with standard administrative duties, such as preparing and proofreading documents and researching information.
  • Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests
  • Assist with office management duties as needed.

Must demonstrate competence and ease communicatingwith senior executives and their teams, as characterized by excellent verbal skills on the telephone and written skills in drafting and editing client-facing documents.

Need the ability to quickly learn industry / company fundamentals. Needs sufficient conceptual skills to understand broad industry concepts.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting senior leaders in a business environment required, ideally in a professional services firm.
  • Demonstrated track record of sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with senior level executives across multiple business lines and regions.
  • High degree of interpersonal and professional savvy across varying levels of internal management, staff, clients, and associates.
  • High level of business acumen; able to make timely decisions and drive to action.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate to operational processes.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision, be detail-oriented, flexible in terms of hours / responsibilities, and able to organize and prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, with high degree of prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service focused with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; excellent calendar management skills (Outlook) preferred and intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint preferred.

High proficiency in Teams and / or Sharepoint and OneDrive for file management.

  • Proficiency in internet and internal research - use of critical thinking and alternative methods is a must.
  • Technical skills and ability to learn new systems are a must, including (but not limited to) Office 365 products, Zoom and other video conferencing software, SAP Concur, Salesforce.

  • Client management / service experience highly preferred.
  • Experience in the talent management field a plus. Salary Range $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the minimum requirements for the job posted.
