Receptionist Position Purpose

Answer incoming calls and direct those calls to the appropriate person or department, greet and direct customers to the appropriate personnel, and assist with branch general clerical and secretarial duties.

Receptionist Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or person
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Mail invoices
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Take care of office equipment (postal machine and copier, etc.)
  • Assist the Sales & Operations Manager and team with administrative duties as assigned
  • Performs other job-related duties as needed

Receptionist Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Two (2) years of office or clerical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have simple reading / writing skills and basic math skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
