About the Position :
Hiring a Project Manager to ensure the completion of one or more field projects in accordance with design, specifications, budget, and schedule.
This role has responsibility for establishing administrative and technical direction and providing oversight management of assigned field projects.
This role works to develop and maintain positive customer relationships to create new business opportunities and maintain safe and profitable construction projects.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management (or related field), or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
- 7+ years of experience in the construction industry or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
- 3+ years of experience supervising others.
- Good working knowledge of project management and estimating software, specifically P6, HCSS, Plangrid

- Underground pipeline estimating and project management
- 5+years of underground utilities, heavy civil experience
- Experience with Project scheduling software P3 or Suretra
- Experience with InEight (HardDollar) estimating and project management software

Hiring an Account Manager to develop a loyal and satisfied customer base within assigned geographic regions, resulting in a profitable sale, rental, and service of Construction Equipment and other allied products.
Must maintain high product and service knowledge levels and promptly complete all rental and sales contracts. Report competitive market data and changing market conditions to the manager and visit customer facilities and job sites to investigate current and future equipment needs.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent work experience in equipment sales
- Possess knowledge of construction equipment applications.
