Position : Logistics Supervisor
Shift : Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm
Pay range : $64k - $74k DOE
SUMMARY : As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility.
Your primary role will involve managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
You will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations, improving productivity, and meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities :
Warehouse / Logistics Operations : Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order picking, and shipping.
Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming goods, verify quantities and quality, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock availability.
Company Compliance : Responsible for implementation and enforcement procedures to ensure that all processes meet specified company's regulatory standards (E.
g., IATF 16949 / QMS, ISO14001 : 2015 / EMS, JSOX, OSHA, etc.) Participate and ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains with the warehouse operation.
Develop and implement best practices, standards operating procedures, and workflow optimizations to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Vendor and Supplier Management : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor service levels and performance metrics of suppliers, negotiate contracts, and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management principles, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, as required in a warehouse environment.

Job Tittle : Customer Service Rep
Location : South Gate, CA
Schedule : 9am-5pm with overtime and some Saturdays (rotated by 6)
Payrate : $17 - $ 20 DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Process orders and fax to appropriate carriers.
Print outbound shipments from customer computers / SAP systems & enter inventory deductions into SAP (when applicable).
Assemble all next-day and future-order paperwork.
All next day order packets must be complete and in the Transload order file.
Scale all trucks in and out and ensure that all information on ticket is accurate and complete based on customer order request.
Confirm that driver picking up a load is given the proper paperwork. Notify the Yard Supervisor upon truck arrival.
Notify Transloader of light weight and advise loader once the order has been approved for release (including adequate weights and or sample approval).
Maintain an adequate supply of transloading check-off lists and MSDS’ on file.
Check Railroad request daily to ensure that only empty railcars are being pulled. Ensure that inbound railcars match the corresponding product.
