Digital Marketing Specialist
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, website management, videography, and digital marketing campaigns.
You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, as well as optimizing our online presence to achieve business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to our website(s)
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Engage with users, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email marketing, display advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and content marketing
- Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and identify target audience segments for effective campaign targeting
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement
- Create and distribute compelling press releases to media outlets, industry influencers, and other relevant channels to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility
- Oversee the company’s website(s), ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, optimized for search engines (SEO), and making sure content is up to date
- Create and update website content, including landing pages, blog posts, product pages, and multimedia elements
- Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Manage company’s internal website, including updating current content and posting new content
- Develop and produce high-quality videos for various marketing initiatives, including product launches, tutorials, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the entire video production process, from conceptualization to editing and final delivery
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Broad, functional knowledge and proficiency in the following :
- Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, MailChimp, SEO, WordPress, website management, targeted advertising, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop).
- Proficient in using social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), video editing software, and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with online audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
- A portfolio that includes self-produced video or website or social media content is preferred.
- Knowledge in the transportation industry is not required. An ideal candidate would exhibit initiative for learning the industry, be self-motivating, and have high energy.
