Looking for a motivated lead pastry cook to work in a high paced in-demand modern Indian restaurant. No previous experience in Indian cuisine necessary but experience in New York restaurant cuisine is necessary.

Knowledge of high end products and various techniques a plus.

Assistant Server

• Greet the guest and assist with beverage and food service in captains absence.
• Assist runner on food service.
• Take charge of service maintenance.
• Instruct and facilitate table clearance, set up and re setup.
• Take order for beverage, dessert, tea coffee and after dessert drinks.
• Prepare the mis en place for lunch / dinner service.
