What you will do

What you will do

Perform Installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities on Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network infrastructure;

What you will do

A Johnson Controls Security Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert possessing knowledge and experience with intrusion, IP CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems from multiple manufacturers.

Coordinate inspections and / or installations with police, fire departments, or other appropriate agencies.

Performs repair and / or inspections of intrusion detection, IP CCTV, Access Control systems and fire alarms (if applicable).

Assists fellow service technicians with system repairs and completes minor repairs including battery replacement.

Tests operation of system to the customer monitoring center to properly establish service connectivity.

Complete all forms accurately and customer paperwork as required.

What you will do

A Johnson Controls Security Service Technician is a troubleshooter and service expert. You will alleviate concerns the customer may have regarding a security system.

You will advise customers and the customer care center of the status of systems and processes inspections. You will repair or replace burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV systems, Card Access systems and other security equipment.

This Technician will be set up with all of the tools and equipment needed to work independently from a remote location.

How you will do it

What you will do

You will conduct daily delivery tasks to customer facilities, job sites . When not out making deliveries or running transfers, you will conduct warehouse duties such as loading / unloading deliveries, picking materials for next day orders, assist in the receiving and put away of replenishment stock, and sweeping and general clean up to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
