Lead Duties :

• Load planning and cubing of orders
• Organize delivery paperwork.
• Productivity tracking and data entry
• Organizing work assignments
• Cover manager absence when needed

Other Duties :

• Issue, receive, pick and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Loading and unloading of product in an efficient and safe manner.
• Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.
• Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Basic Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old
• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work independently, be self managed and motivated to meet deadlines
• Ability to pass the pre-employment screening : background check, drug test, and physical

Job Description :

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts
• Stocking, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and the shelf
• Run routes and support major deliveries by assisting the delivery driver with unloading product, checking in and stocking order
• Build wine and beer displays
• Assist in completing store resets in established territory
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations

Job Requirements :

• High School degree or equivalent required; additional education preferred
• Must be able to work assigned work schedule which may include weekends
• Previous sales, merchandising or pull-up experience preferred
• Knowledgeable of wine and beer beverage industry a plus
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Satisfactory driving record and active driver’s license for the state you reside in
• Must be able to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and a Human Performance Evaluation.

Now offering up to $22 / hour

Duties :

• Schedule : Monday - Thursday (4 DAY WORK WEEK & OFF WEEKENDS), Great work life balance!
• Night Shift : Full time starts 5 : 30pm or 6pm till finished, 10+ hours a day, plus mandatory OT or Part-time 2am to 6am

• Competitive Compensation Rates $ 20.00 an hour with the opportunity to earn up to $22.00 an hour through incentives
