Executive Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for Janssen International Vice President.
- Manage and maintain executive's schedule (VP).
- Travel arrangement such as : issue the ticket using approved agencies, book hotels, set up ground transportation and fill out the subscription for Congresses as needed.
- Prepare expense reports through with documentation for IVP as needed.
- Support in Procurement process, working with internal systems to create vendors, open requests for purchase orders, pay vendors and process invoices.
- Collect, prepare information, and reports for management use.
- Prepare all logistics of meetings and events, internal and external, including invitations, venues, meals, booking of hotels and transportation, visual equipment.
- Interacts with other administrative teams, as well as leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in the organization to deliver on IVP business needs.
- Collaborate with a small group of administrative assistants, securing deployment of company policies, sharing relevant information, manage vacation schedule and leaves of absence to secure business continuity and appropriate business support.
- Training the new assistant members.
Qualifications
Required :
- A High School diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of 6 years related experience
- Advanced skills in writing, reading, and speaking in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- This individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Proficiency with communication tools and portal technology (Our Source, Zoom, SharePoint, Workday and Concur sites) is required.
- Demonstrate discipline, organization and positive "can do" attitude.
- Capable of working well in a dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal relationships and a team player

Manager, Production
Responsibilities :
Establish a culture of excellence in execution, continuous improvement, and communication within production facilities.
Demonstrated ability to think globally.
- Manage budget for department and seek methods to continually streamline cost.
- Develop build commit plan and assure timely delivery of product per agreed-to build plan
- Hire, train, and supervise operations staff, as well as intermediate supervisors and contractors
- Oversee the implementation of new processes, techniques, and tooling which enhance the company’s ability to manufacture its products
- Establish metrics for tracking progress in respective areas
- Determine equipment, manpower and budget needs to accomplish manufacturing goals
- Work with development engineering to ensure that products are optimally designed for manufacturing
- Participate in facilities planning meetings that involve manufacturing issues
- Maintain accurate and complete records of department activities, and ensure that they meet regulatory requirements
- Mentor / coach and develop skills of direct reports
Qualifications
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience preferred; Semiconductor or Medical device / clean room experience preferred.
- SAP or other ERP and WIP tracking tools
- Strong Knowledge of lean, six sigma, kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Black Belt preferred.
- Ability to gain cooperation of others and lead team members
- Demonstrated critical thinking in fast paced environment
- Ability to exercise judgment in selecting, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of SAP desired.

Description
Specific responsibilities may include budget support, capital budgeting, financial consolidation, sales reporting and analysis, and / or ad-hoc projects.
Other common tasks include analysis of financial questions and problems, problem solving, active business partnering and developing innovative methods to improve job metrics and processes.

Johnson & Johnson's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-and-a-half-year program designed specifically to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the finance organization.
Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments at J&J business units, in-depth training, & ongoing coaching and feedback.
FLDP participants complete 6 months of onboarding followed by two 12-month rotations. These rotational assignments are supplemented by 5 weeks of various trainings over the course of the program taught and led by internal & external resources.
Training courses provide overviews of the various functions within J&J and follow a robust and interactive curriculum that helps develop FLDP participants on key competencies such as problem-solving / analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership.
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $20 / hour and $22.50 / hour, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and / or experience.
This position is overtime eligible.

Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an accredited College / University is required.
- Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or Fifth Year Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or business-related major with an expected graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future is required.
