Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
- Monitor service calls and arrival times
- Schedule service calls for customers and field teams
- Document service schedules and customer complaints
- Plot and shift service calls when necessary
Qualifications :
- Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
- Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
- Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
- Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of HVAC or Plumbing industry
- Maintenance knowledge and / or experience strongly preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

We’re looking for a professional, proactive, highly-organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for assisting our high-level executive with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, and managing our office filing system.

- Serve as the main contact for high-level executive
Qualifications :
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion

Journeyman Electrician
We are looking for a safety-first, analytical, and experienced electrician to join our team.
Needs to be able to work in all locations between West Palm Beach and Miami due to rapid growth.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to expand into a management position quickly and be responsible for job oversight.

Responsibilities :
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Verify that the wiring is in compliance with all building rules and requirements for safety
- Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of electrical equipment
- Run tests on all wiring and electrical components to ensure it’s connected
- Certify newly installed electrical components properly function
Qualifications :
- Comfortable in all kinds of working and weather conditions, from small confined areas to great heights
- Must have valid electrician license
- Clear communicator and can speak with tact and courtesy when dealing with customers
- Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Completed electrician apprenticeship
