A Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Server represents the face of Jeremiah’s and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring 5-star customer service is delivered to every guest!
What will you do?
- Take guests’ orders with a friendly smile.

- Serving Jeremiah’s products that consistently exceed expectations in image and quality.
- Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge.
- Performing opening and closing responsibilities.
- Offering suggestions and guidance to guests pertaining to our menu and services.
- Preparing all Jeremiah’s Italian Ice products. This may require lifting 50lbs to shoulder height and intense manual labor.
- Maintaining a unit that is both so fresh and so clean.
- Stocking and organizing the store for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of Limited Time Offers, specials, promotional items, catering orders, Rewards Program and other operational knowledge.
- Handling cash and other forms of payment.
What are the hours?
- Must be able to work nights, until 11 : 30pm
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must be able to work weekends
Social Media Content Creator
Summary
The Social Media Content Creator will manage and curate digital content for the Company. This position is responsible for producing, posting and managing digital multimedia content to include but not limited to photographs, infographics, blogs, vlogs, videos, and tutorials which be deployed via digital platforms.
The individual will have primary responsibility for creating and executing the Company’s social media content strategies to maintain an active and engaging presence on all social media channels and ensure brand consistency, ton, and terminology, facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
This is a full-time position in the office.
Essential Functions
- Lead Jeremiah’s social media communication strategy by developing, executing and maintaining a results-driven social media strategy on all platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and any other social media platform that Jeremiah’s may use in the future.
- Responsible for posting social media content across all social media channels to stimulate traffic that enforces brand strategy and creates customer engagement.
- Responsible to develop and execute a results-driven strategy using TikTok to engage with community members which promotes the brand and culture.
- Create and manage timely, relevant and compliant social media calendar.
- Curate, create and regularly post relevant articles, graphics, photos and blog posts via the Company’s website, Intranet and social channels.
- Serve as an administrator for social channels and track analytics to be reported to leadership.
- Responsible for managing, responding, and logging reviews received on social channels.
- Regularly attend company events and work with stores to gather digital content for posting on social channels.
- Use social media monitoring expertise to analyze trends, identify potential issues, and successfully engage with community members.
- Research and recommend new digital content and platforms from trends.
- Provides deep understanding of social platforms and algorithms that affect daily content strategy.
- Manage the Social Media Content Library.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Create best standard practices for social media community engagement.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of social media management experience with an emphasis on storytelling.
- Experience using TikTok, Facebook and Instagram to promote brand awareness and community engagement in a professional setting.
- Degree in social media management, communications or marketing, preferred.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, their functionality, and digital communities.
- Strong ability to craft exceptional social media content and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Strong writing and communications background.
