Hours Required : Full-time + Part-time available, Non-Exempt OT When Needed

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting at $17 / hour, compensation is assessed on a quarterly basis and is adjusted based on efficiency. Strong performers may earn up to $20 per hour.

Summary
A Jenson USA Warehouse Associate will either serve within the Outbound Department or Inbound (Receiving) Department, based on company needs and employee qualifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include :
- Processes orders by picking, packing, manifesting, loading, unloading, cleaning and kitting.
- Verify, count, and assign UPC codes to inbound products.
- Bin (stock) inbound products once received.
- Bin location assignment, maintenance and optimization.
- Restock Go-Backs and solve problem picks.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality on a consistent basis.
- Provide an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift / push / pull 30-70lbs
