Essential Duties

  • Report to the HR team and partner with hiring managers in execution of sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Leverage high level communications skills with hiring team throughout the recruiting lifecycle to provide information on the recruitment marketplace, gain a better understanding of talent pool and to set realistic expectations
  • Manage recruitment marketing by effectively utilizing the ATS tool and social media platforms to track and engage candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through pro-active market research and on-going relation

  • Identify, plan, manage and attend networking events that will connect you directly with talent

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build trust with talent of all levels and propensity for understanding the factors and motivations driving their career decisions
  • Strong knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices
  • Ability to assess staffing needs and develop creative and effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs

REMOTE - Pacific Time Zone, USA JBA International is seeking the services of an experienced Data Analyst for a 6+ month Contract engagement.

This is a remote position to be based in Pacific Standard Time Zone. The project will be led by our clients Project Manager and will work closely with Business Systems Analysts.

What you will doing :

  • Develop innovative data analytic solutions that utilize modeling and optimization with business practicality for multiple business domains for ODS Products.

  • Capable to take an abstract problem, and break it down into concrete, manageable pieces, that lend themselves to an analytical approach.
  • Build ranking and recommendation algorithms to recommend best next business action.
  • Analyze complex structured and possibly unstructured data to develop predictive models, forecasting, optimization, and recommendation rules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders across multiple departments to identify data analytic opportunities and develop effective solutions.

What qualifications you should have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, etc.).
  • 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics and Predictive Analytics, preferably in healthcare and / or financial services industries.
  • Demonstrated work experience rapidly applying industry-specific on the job business learning to practical solutions with no or little prior industry context.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience with big data platforms (AWS, Spark, Hadoop), experience with Python is a plus.
