A Brief Overview
Provides case management services and administrative support to panelists (judges and attorneys) and professional service and support to clients.
Implements the effectiveness and best practices of Case Management.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Collaborates with the panelists to develop and administer their ADR practice.
- Maintains client relations, supports business development, and manages case files.
- Partners with panelists to ensure follow-up on closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities.
- Coordinates and re-schedulings hearings or conference calls and pre-hearing preparation calls to ensure client needs are met.
- Communicates and meets with the local manager to discuss case issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field. Preferred
- 2-4 years of working in legal case management. Required
- 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
- Computer literate (Required proficiency)
Internal Canddidate Requirments
- 1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as a Case Coordinator, or similar position. Required
- Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Required proficiency)
- Knowledge of panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Required proficiency)
- Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
