The Corporate Pantry Attendant is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company pantry. The primary duties of this role include maintaining stock levels, ensuring the pantry is clean and organized, and assisting employees with their requests for pantry supplies.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and manage inventory levels in the pantry, ensuring that supplies are always well-stocked and readily available.

Order and receive pantry supplies, including snacks, beverages, and other items as needed.

Keep the pantry clean and organized, including regularly wiping down counters, restocking shelves, and disposing of any expired or damaged items.

Assist employees with their requests for pantry supplies, ensuring that they have access to the items they need to do their jobs.

Respond to employee feedback and requests related to the pantry, including suggestions for new items or changes to the existing inventory.

Collaborate with other members of the facilities team to ensure that the pantry is well-integrated into the broader corporate environment.

Skills & Conditions :

Prior experience working in a similar role, ideally in a corporate setting.

Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage inventory levels and keep the pantry clean and organized.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of basic food safety principles, including proper storage and handling of perishable items.

Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify and address issues as they arise.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment and to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.

This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.

Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
