Key Purpose

Catering Supervisor

Staff

• Train and supervise staff

Customer Service

Financial

Position : Finance Director, Americas

Job Location : ISS Facility Services, Inc. San Antonio, Texas

Job Duties : Lead and own the budgeting, estimating, and forecasting process; own the annual budget / forecast cycle for one of the largest key account customers across the Americas region.

Continuously follow up and track actual results against budgets and reforecast based on revised trends. Be responsible for commercial and financial ownership of pricing and proposal process.

Act as main commercial interlink between customer in Americas region and company. Serve as an integral part of Company Cash Management Process.

Own the cash collection process for the account, one of the company's main KPI's. Be responsible for customer relationship management.

Continuously communicate and work with customer on current operations and potential future changes to relationship. Utilize : Management reporting and presenting, both internal and external.

In connection with such duties, the Finance Director, Americas, must utilize experience in the following in the integrated facility services industry :

• Budgeting and forecasting : developing and integrating financial models for detailed budgeting / forecasting of business development;
