The MACHINE OPERATOR is a vital member of the ISOFLEX team and must be able to follow specific job instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
They will set up all processes for the equipment they are operating and operate within tolerances. This role is responsible for troubleshooting processes, performing basic maintenance, and inventory controls & audits.
While maintaining a clean & safe work area, they regularly weigh raw materials in and finished product out. They will minimize waste while optimizing output and maintain all required paperwork in accordance with company policies.
The Machine Operator works cooperatively in a team environment.

Machine Operator Requirements :
- No Education or previous experience Required!
- Must have excellent communication skills (read, write, & speak English fluently)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to wear required safety gear (steel toed shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, hair net, etc..)
- Ability to frequently walk, squat, bend, lift / move up to 75 lbs.
- Willing & Able to pass a Drug / Background Check (We do NOT Test for THC / marijuana)
