Shift : 7 : 00AM - Till end of route (generally 10-12 hr shifts)
Our drivers are the public face of Iron Mountain, trusted to transport and handle client materials and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.
Drivers are responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport materials from client and Iron Mountain locations; loading and unloading through a variety of mechanisms;
using wireless scanning technology; preparing paperwork and performing daily vehicle maintenance to ensure it functions efficiently.
This position calls for a significant amount of physical strength and stamina. We pay by the hour, not the mile.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain company CDL vehicle safely and efficiently
Load, transport, and drive without assistance
Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork and records
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License and good driving record
At least one year of route transportation experience preferred
Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs, ladders
Lift at least 70 pounds; push / pull bins 25 to 350 pounds, average weight 170 pounds
Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time

Local CDL B Route Driver
Full Time Perm
Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - route finish
Hours per week : 40 - 45
Stops per day : 15 - 20
Benefits : Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K starts first day of employment
Pay : up to $24.00 per hour depending on experience and license paid biweekly + OverTime
Sign-on Bonus : $2,000.00

Responsibilities :
Drive a automatic 20ft - 26ft Box Truck, Tipper, and / or Mobile Shred Unit to pick up and / or shred confidential documents from various businesses
Lift, pull, push, and load items weighing anywhere between 50 lbs - 70 lbs
Makes an average of 15-20 stops a day, heavy customer interaction
Prepares accurate paperwork and records
Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record - no accidents or tickets within last 3 years
Minimum of 3 years of local CDL route / local box truck driving
