Our client MDB Group LLC is the Prime Contractor in support of HQDA G-8. They are the three-time incumbent; awarded 3rd contract on 23 September 2021.

Job Title : Helicopter Pilot, Military Senior Analyst

Position Description :
The FDV SSO shall support Army Aviation programs. Must have operational experience in Army aviation units from company to brigade level and must be familiar with the types of equipment used in aviation units.
Rotary Wing (Helicopter) Pilot required.
FDV SSO should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to manage Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) II and III Programs.
Responsibilities :
Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.
Manage the Army Aviation programming and budgeting process.
Minimum Qualifications :
- DoD Army Force Development / Force Management experience.
- HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).
- Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred :
- 8 years of DOD Force Development experience.
- Experience on Pentagon / DOD staff or acquisition assignments. Company Benefits :
