The Job You Will Perform :

  • Perform maintenance functions making repairs in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic breakdowns under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor;
  • Plan and obtain cost estimates and execute projects under guidance of the maintenance supervisor;
  • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance duties such as mechanical and electrical repairs;
  • Provide training in areas of expertise or knowledge;
  • Respond to work orders submitted by employees;
  • Assist supervisor in ordering parts;
  • Assist supervisor in developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program;
  • Perform special assignments such as new equipment installations, and perform preventative maintenance duties.
  • Participate and execute actions from the quality improvement program;
  • Support installation of new equipment and facilities improvements;
  • Work safely by observing safety rules, policies, and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to the supervisor;
  • Maintain compliance with company quality systems and support audits;
  • Basic design and fabrication of repairs and process improvements; and
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

The Skills You Will Bring :

  • 1-2 years of related mechanical experience working in an industrial manufacturing production environment required
  • Experience / knowledge in the following areas : Electrical circuit troubleshooting, PLC, Electronics, ARC flash, plumbing, steam and boiler, pneumatics, confined space, mobile equipment, Mig and Tig welding
  • Mechanical Journeyman or Technical / Vocation Certificate preferred
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to problem solve and prioritize work
  • Ability to bend, squat and kneel, and climb frequently
  • Ability to stand for periods of a minimum of 3 hours
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work varied hours / days
  • Ability to lift average weighted materials, 50 lbs up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints mechanical and electrical schematics, piping diagrams, in orthographic, isometric, and sketch-views

The Job You Will Perform :

Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the day-to-day safe operations throughout the plant. The helper is used to assist as assigned through the facility, to include feeding and stacking at various machine centers and assisting with hand labor and housekeeping.

Understands basic principles of corrugated, flutes, corrugation direction, and can identify various substrates. Assist operator in the set up and production on his / her machine.

Ensures the quality of the finished product produced at each machine center is carried out in the most efficient manner consistent with company quality and production requirements.

Must follow all safety rules and procedures; watch out for self and team member’s safety at all times. Always follow lock out and tag out, MSK, and always use personal protective equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toed shoes & safety vest, others as required).

Must understand and carry out housekeeping standards. Must demonstrate teamwork and resolve issues effectively and professionally.

Must be capable of running machine at safe speeds and top quality to meet customer needs.

The Skills You Will Bring :

Demonstrated ability to detect, prevent, and resolve quality issues, involving the Operator or management for resolution of issues or confirming quality expectations as needed.

Must be able to read a standard tape measure, read and thoroughly understand job specifications, and follow written and oral directions.

Must be a self-starter, able to operate from directions or independently as needed. Demonstrated ability to add and subtract all units of measure read and copy figures, and count and record figures.

A comprehension level is required to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in English in written or oral form and to deal with problems.

The Job You Will Perform :

  • Complete pre-trip inspection report.
  • Load / unload or assist in loading / unloading finished product in or from trailer.
  • Inspect load in trailer to ensure it is properly loaded and it is the correct load before leaving.
  • Service all Scheduled customers at the end of the daily shift.
  • Verify count while truck is being unloaded, as allowed by customers.
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
  • Transport load by required route to proper destination while observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Obtain shipping bill of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paperwork to shipping office.
  • Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to : Production Data, Truck Service Data, Safety Data, Quality Data.
  • Complete daily timecard, driver logs, and all other work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily services such as checking the oil level, water level, fuel, air in tires, and clean vehicle as needed.
  • Report any maintenance items to supervision immediately. Be proactive in the maintenance of the truck and trailers.
  • Check in with dispatcher prior to leaving for the day.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping such as cleaning and trash removal from cab of truck at the end of every shift.
  • Frequent sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Post trip inspection reports at the end of the shift.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass substance abuse screening according to company policy.
  • High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of a tractor-trailer and in the prevention of damage to materials and equipment.

The Skills You Will Bring :

Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following :

  • Experience in the corrugated industry.
  • Experience as a licensed driver in the metropolitan area.
  • Experience as a forklift operator.
  • Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
  • Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.

Able to apply concepts of high school math.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • The individual must have a working knowledge of the following :
  • Quality standards
  • May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
  • Must have 1 year CDL driving experience, CDL-A Licensing for OTR and a valid state Commercial Drivers’ License.

Sign on Bonus : $500 after 30 days,

The Job You Will Perform :

  • Complete pre-trip inspection report.
  • Load / unload or assist in loading / unloading finished product in or from trailer.
  • Inspect load in trailer to ensure it is properly loaded and it is the correct load before leaving.
  • Service all Scheduled customers at the end of the daily shift.
  • Verify count while truck is being unloaded, as allowed by customers.
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
  • Transport load by required route to proper destination while observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Obtain shipping bill of lading and necessary signatures and return completed paperwork to shipping office.
  • Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to : Production Data, Truck Service Data, Safety Data, Quality Data.
  • Complete daily timecard, driver logs, and all other work reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily services such as checking the oil level, water level, fuel, air in tires, and clean vehicle as needed.
  • Report any maintenance items to supervision immediately. Be proactive in the maintenance of the truck and trailers.
  • Check in with dispatcher prior to leaving for the day.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping such as cleaning and trash removal from cab of truck at the end of every shift.
  • Frequent sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Post trip inspection reports at the end of the shift.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass substance abuse screening according to company policy.
  • High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of a tractor-trailer and in the prevention of damage to materials and equipment.

The Skills You Will Bring :

Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following :

  • Experience as a licensed driver in the metropolitan area.
  • Experience as a forklift operator.
  • Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
  • Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate.

Able to apply concepts of high school math.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • The individual must have a working knowledge of the following :
  • Quality standards
  • May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
  • Must have 1 year CDL driving experience, CDL-A Licensing for OTR and a valid state Commercial Drivers’ License.
  • Meet (DOT)Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements.
