About your Team :

Our Data Office team is looking for a Data Quality Analyst, the main purpose of this position is to assist the data organization in the build, execution and monitoring of data quality rules and data quality assessments.

This position assists in the implementation of an enterprise data governance program

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR :

  • Develop control structures within a simple environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels.
  • Work with business partners to gather and understand application and reporting data requirements.
  • Have prior experience with industry standard data governance tooling for data quality.
  • Build and maintain content to support data quality and governance tooling across client and service data sources as well as ongoing regulatory and compliance controls while managing compliance audits and processes.
  • Serve as a resource to the rest of the organization around SLAs and data quality thresholds in an aim to unify and educate teams across the organization about data quality standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall business risk profile working with stakeholders to reduce risk and exposure in an agile, collaborative, and well socialized manner.
  • Draft and drive the implementation of data lifecycle management procedures for Data Quality Assessments for design, coding, testing and deployment

What required skill’s you need :

  • Bachelor's degree required in information science, data science, data management, computer science or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in data management and data governance, including working with data quality rules and in data analysis and data mapping.
  • 2+ years of Python and / or SQL.
  • 1+ years of Cloud experience (AWS preferred) related to risk and information security or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot issues, analyze the cause, quickly come-up with the possible solution(s), document the changes, and communicate the change to the organization

This role's anticipated base salary range is $130,000 to $150,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.

Job Description

Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a Social Media Response Analyst to review and respond to inquiries on our IBKR forum.

The ideal candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment. This role also includes engaging our clients through our social media channels.

The candidate will also focus on improving the firm’s image and reputation on social media.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on the IBKR Forum and other social media channels
  • Interact with users and respond to messages, inquiries and comments
  • Write requirements to enhance the IBKR forum
  • Liaison with other groups within the firm to solve complex issues
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve operations and functionality shortcomings
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Marketing
  • Understanding of the following financial instruments : stocks, securities options, futures, options on futures, foreign exchange and fixed income
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solver, attention to detail, fast learner, and team player
  • Analytical, self-motivated and directed
  • Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite products, JIRA and Confluence
  • Registrations : FINRA Series 7, 63 or ability to obtain licenses

This role's anticipated base salary range is $65,000 per year based on knowledge and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
