- You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Executive Assistant
The primary objective of the Executive Assistant is to provide excellent administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer and three senior executives and their respective teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- All administrative functions including travel arrangements, maintaining calendars and expense reports for multiple individuals
- Provide meeting support including invitations, scheduling, logistics, change management, food, and appropriate A / V and other room set-up needs.
- Coordinate events and activities for the department that builds morale and improves team identity.
- Process and track invoices.
- Provide ad-hoc support for creating / organizing Powerpoint and Excel files.
- Manage Agency Representative meetings, including fielding calls, scheduling coordination with team and agency, and meeting support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative role
- Experience supporting multiple individuals, calendars, and reports
- Support experience in a fast paced environment such as QSR, CDR or other restaurant / food service category preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Manager, Supply Chain Logistics
Supply Chain Logistics Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the adoption of an AI based Freight Optimization program designed to automate various components of our Freight RFP processes.
The Manager, Supply Chain Logistics is responsible for conducting Freight RFP's to ensure competitive freight pricing on our inbound loads of product to our DC's, resolving delivery or capacity issues for inbound loads to our DC's, sourcing and vetting potential transportation providers, minimizing risks associated with freight claims or financial stability of our carriers, identification and development of logistics strategies, continually improving all logistics efforts, and capturing any freight savings associated with the management of our freight program.
This position will also assist with expediting product into markets affected by natural disasters or extreme swings in sales patterns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and manage AI reporting to predict freight market trends pertaining to pricing and capacity in the industry
Perform IT Project Management functions for the implementation of a new Freight RFP application
Manage the data flow from the new RFP application into Inspire Brands Accounting and Pricing systems
Work with the application vendor to customize the application to provide required functionality for Inspire Brands
Develop data models for evaluation of freight scenarios
Produce detailed reports for Accounting and Finance related to freight savings, projected receipts and accruals, and projected annual savings for budgets
Utilize analytics to identify inbound transportation opportunities and efficiencies
Analyze optimal method of transport for products (i.e. redistribution, truckload, LTL, multi-stop) and projected cost savings
Manage the freight program
Handle day to day communications between carriers / suppliers / distributors to ensure that service level expectations are being met
Verify additional fees like damages, detention, and expedited loads
Capture and record freight savings that the Inbound Logistics program generates
Work with the Supply Chain team to determine how freight savings is captured and remitted to Inspire Brands and / or our operators
Relationship development with 3PL's and other freight companies
Working with our distribution partners to ensure logistics strategies set forth can be met
Collaborate with Purchasing and brand specific teams to execute menu launches, supplier changes, and product deletions and help maintain accurate, updated freight pricing for all brands
Help facilitate transfers and expedite loads to maintain inventory levels at the DC's and prevent restaurants from being shorted product
Participate on cross-functional teams to drive the decision-making process around strategic supply chain initiatives.
Work with Supply Chain team to create useful reports enabling accurate and informed decisions
Provide freight market updates to the Supply Chain Team once every 2 months throughout the year
This helps keep the group updated on how the current freight market may affect pricing, import fees and service levels and what to expect in the months to come

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required : Bachelor's Degree
Engineering, Analytics or related field
5 years of experience or advanced course work in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or other relevant Field
Industry experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, analytics or Foodservice Distribution

Associate Manager, Biddable Media- Social
Partner with and support Digital Media Managers and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Paid Social Media for the Inspire Brands portfolio.
This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Activation
- Support the general day-to-day functions as led by Paid Search and Social Media Managers
- Monitor campaigns to ensure appropriate pacing relative to budgets and targets. Update and optimize budgets and insertion orders throughout the year based on brands' needs.
- Perform monthly billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Manage the tagging, reporting and financial management for Paid Social campaigns across the portfolio
- Partner with Managers to support the various steps required to ensure proper asset alignment (including creative & traffic fulfillment) across media buys;
this will include implementation and QA of tagging as necessary across in-house Paid Media buys for measurement reporting and accuracy
- Pull and structure data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and review with necessary stakeholders to impact optimizations and business decisions
- Support the integrated reporting of documents including a migration to dashboard reporting as needed by cross functional team members for internal and external purposes
- Maintain accurate record of budgets (planned v. actuals) and oversee the billing process for in-house Paid Media
- Proper management and reconciliation of all account budgets in accordance with media authorizations
- Budgeting and forecasting company revenues and internal operating expenses, as well as reconciling data from multiple financial databases
- Interface with external / internal teams in managing requests concerning processes and deliverables. This will include but not be limited to internal brand and enterprise analytics teams and 3rd party auditors
- Attend and actively participate in regular status meetings (both internal and external) to help prioritize deliverables, takeaways / next steps and timelines with Managers
- Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general team support as needed based on internal priorities and scope of projects
- Demonstrate a big picture understanding of brands' marketing strategy and the role Paid Social plays.
- Assume buying responsibilities in the event of a Manager's absence
Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration
- Partner with the media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall plan
- Co-lead competitive tracking and reporting on a regular basis and / or as needed
- Partner with Media Strategy & Planning and Connections Planning teams to develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the brands objectives, insights, and key challenges
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
- 4-year degree required
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and / or media
- Hands-on keyboard Paid Social buying experience within Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest platforms
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks
- Account budget management through daily / weekly pacing, monthly and yearly goals
