A TYPICAL DAY : Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on PTAC / HVAC equipment, furniture / cabinetry, appliances, light fixtures and plumbing.
Perform interior and exterior painting, landscaping and parking lot repairs.Troubleshoot various technical devices such as key card systems, internet equipment, television equipment, etc.
Execute routine safety inspections and report / repair issues with equipment or systems.Respond to all guest requests with a sense of urgency and service frame of mind.

As a Night Auditor, you will work overnight (graveyard) hours to supervise the hotel and perform tasks to certify that all daily transactions are reconciled.
Your contributions as a Night Auditor are essential to provide our guests a comfortable stay.A TYPICAL SHIFT : Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.REQUIREMENTS : Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift is ideal.
To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
This job requires you to stand for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

A TYPICAL DAY : Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
REQUIREMENTS : Previous food handling or fast food experience is preferred, but not required. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and some locations require an Alcohol Server’s Permit.
