at least for now. This Digital Innovation group creates products that are meant to enhance consumers like their VTO (virtual try-on) technology that allows you to "try on" say something like a shade of lipstick to see how it looks before you purchase.
Looking for Product Manager who will work cross-functionally to manage innovative product opportunities from conception to launch with a consumer centric mindset.
Must have a strong ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps that are measurable and meet company goals.
In this role, you will be defining and managing our innovation product roadmap, and working closely with engineering, UX, strategy, marketing, brands, etc.
to design and develop technologies that directly impact how consumers discover, engage and shop with brands online.
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing end to end delivery of proof of concept, pilot and product launches, testing their performance, and rapidly iterating.

Responsibilities
- Develop hypotheses, build MVPs, and run pilots determining product, feature, and capability fit and value.
- Provide overall thought leadership around innovating for the sake of creating meaningful, measurable business and customer value.
- Breakdown complex problems and opportunities with a consumer-centric, technology based and business implication mindset
- Utilize and apply consumer insights, research to methodically comprise in-depth user requirements
- Create & communicate product roadmaps, driving the vision and lead discussions with the design and development teams to define the features of the roadmap
- Plan for scale and globalization in parallel to building pilots for deployment on sites
- Provide direct Product leadership to drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and ensure desired outcomes are met
- Report on product success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
- Work with development (design and production) teams to ensure clear understanding of the product vision
- Manage and report on initiative planning, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, external vendor relationships, budget, and change management
- Interface and communicate directly with Brands, be the voice of the business and consumer
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years product management experience (at least 4+ years managing digital initiatives for global enterprises)
- Proven track record of managing cross platform digital products with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members
- Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to information architecture to design, development, integration, and QA
- Excellent product development capability as well as translating requirements into technical specifications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts
- Solid understanding of eCommerce technology and demonstrated interest and experience in leading technology projects
- Possess a strong curiosity to test, experiment, try new things

Overall 8+ years of experience in Banking domain 3+ years of experience in financial industry, preferably in Cash Management, Transaction Banking and / or Commercial Banking as a Product Manager or Sr.
Business Analyst. 3+ years of hand on experience in Agile development in a Product Manager / Owner or Sr. Business Analyst role, including creating, grooming user stories and refining backlog.
In-depth working knowledge in deposit, liquidity and other Cash Management products such as Virtual Accounts (VAM), Sweeps and investment solutions Understanding of innovative technologies and current digital banking trends Working knowledge in digital channels.
Project manager
- Conduit to front facing business / other stakeholders to understand their data needs across all capabilities / initiatives for planning and prioritization for Data Hydration for hundreds of data streams
- Provide thought leadership and be responsible for delivering highly efficient Data and Services solutions through multiple projects
- Manage Financials, Budget, Funding, end to end execution of large scale programs
- Managing multiple projects under Data Strategy including data hydration, Client data lake and regulatory programs

- Build and Manage the partnership with Cross Asset teams in executing Data and Analytics Platform strategy
