Position Purpose :
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help us in Research promotion, content consumption and prospect communication and engagement.
Research Promotion :
- Create, launch, and manage all new research marketing communications campaigns from creation to completion.
- Develop and execute ongoing marketing communications to drive engagement and usage of the research pieces to support acquisition sales cycles.
- Build and maintain the distribution calendar for all Info-Tech communications to prospective members.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to build the communication plan for distribution.
- Coordinate the branding and design for all new research communication emails.
- Build and execute distribution emails.
- Maintain automated email distribution as required.
- Provide ongoing insight, suggestions into A / B testing planning, and execute A / B testing plan directly tied to the positioning of new research.
- Report on monthly new research prospect marketing communication activities and trends.
Content Consumption :
- Position and align research and Info-Tech campaigns to positively impact consumption habits of prospective members and push sales cycles forward.
- Monitor and tests current consumption habits to understand and benchmark what prospect preferences are.
- Evaluate current prospect personas and align content to create cohesive messaging that aligns with prospect consumption data.
- Provide ongoing insight, suggestions into A / B testing planning, and execute A / B testing plan directly tied to consumption objectives and goals.
- Report on monthly member marketing communication consumption activities and trends.
Event Prospect Communication and Engagement :
- Create, launch, and manage all prospect event marketing communications campaigns from creation to completion.
- Develop and execute ongoing marketing event communications campaigns to drive engagement, education, and awareness of Info-Tech messaging.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders to build the communication plan for distribution.
- Build and execute distribution emails.
- Maintain automated email distribution as required.
- Provide ongoing insight, suggestions into A / B testing planning, and execute A / B testing plan directly tied to the positioning of new research.
