Medical Assistant
Job Summary
- Takes and records patients' blood pressure, temperature, pulse, height, weight and vision test and report abnormal patient conditions to the physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, nurse or physical therapist.
- Responds to patient symptoms and complaints with first aid or consultation with nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and physical therapist.
- Prepares patients for specific minor surgery and treatment procedures which may include colposcopy, cryo surgery, IUD placement and endometrial biopsies and assists the provider as required during the procedure.
- Prepares medical equipment, laboratory specimen collection materials and pharmaceuticals for patient office examinations.
- Administers routine treatment procedures as ordered and supervised by physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapist and nurses.
- Performs general office duties as needed.

Director of Marketing (Marketing Generalist)
Job Summary
The Director of Marketing will perform activities in support of the university's marketing function. Areas of focus may include writing and publishing communications for specific target audiences or student groups, creation and delivery of promotional or educational materials, data collection and market research, and development of marketing plans.
Work may involve multiple consecutive projects and collaboration and consultation with other departments, employees, and university stakeholders.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Leads marketing tactics including program promotional activities, paid advertising efforts, print projects (postcards and brochures), and digital marketing (website updates, analytics development and monitoring, digital ad creation and development, CRM integration of email and SMS journeys).
- Coordinates marketing strategies including marketing plan development and strategic ideation and creation.
General Responsibilities
- Independently develops and executes basic and complex strategic marketing plans for a department or functional area within a department to advance goals and objectives, including data collection and market research, target market definition, development of project timelines, sourcing of promotional materials, and marketing content creation.
- Responds to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and explains information regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manages relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, and acts as a collaborative resource in curating marketing plans to relevant initiatives, groups, events, and programs.
- Regularly researches relevant subject matter to increase knowledge in area(s) of specialty, including information on various marketing channels (print, online, electronic, email, social media, and direct mail).
- May participate in team-based marketing planning to align strategies and deadlines across various concurrent projects and initiatives.
- Collaborates with users of various software programs and creative platforms to create and deliver content and marketing materials in multiple formats to a variety of audiences.
- May provide guidance to lower-level Marketing Generalists; may make process and operational recommendations to manager.

Research Data Analyst
Job Summary
Performs complex data collection, data analysis, data management, literature research, technical writing, and reporting in support of research project(s);
performs quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
- Ensures quality control of data and reports findings to federal and other agencies.

Electrician
Job Summary
- Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs electrical or electronic wiring, motors, light fixtures, electric panels and controls, wall clocks, compressors, and thermostats.
- Connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components, including installing low voltage and multimedia cabling.
- Performs custom electronic design and installation.
- Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspects electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Installs ground leads and connects power cables to equipment, such as motors.
- Bends conduit using electric or mechanical bender and places conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pulls insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
- Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
- Participates in the training of apprentices and / or other workers as needed.
- Performs other general building maintenance as assigned. Drives vehicles as needed.
