The Order Selector will be responsible for fulfilling the customers' orders by successfully picking their orders from pick tickets or use of an RF Scanner, efficiently building the pallet, and ensuring the skid is brought to the correct location to be loaded onto the correct truck.

5 : 00 pm until Finished
$17 / hr.
$500 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
You will :
- Review incoming material orders / 'pick tickets'
- Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
- Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
- Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
Qualifications
You have :
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
- 1-year minimum of warehouse experience
- 1 year of high-volume order selecting
- 1 year of experience with ride-on electric pallet jack

Sales Manager
Overview
Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, is hiring a talented Sales Manager to join our team in the South Florida Market!
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term activities of multiple locations and sales teams across the South Florida region.
The Sales Manager will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual geographical location selling patterns.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of sales leaders and individual contributors.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities
You will :
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals for the region.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth; both long and short-term
- Review regional expenses and recommend improvements to reduce expenses.
- Maintain current knowledge of supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Review and revise sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture opportunities.
- Accomplish regional sales staffing objectives by selecting, recruiting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Expand customer base by mentoring district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers;
identifying new customer opportunities.
- Assist sales personnel enhance and refine their techniques : manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target.
- Educate sales team with presentations by providing regular meetings, strategies, and seminars.
Qualifications
You have :
- 5+ years of sales experience (Jan / San and Food Service)
- 4+ years in a managerial role
- Strong verbal, written and relational communication skills, with ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including customers, senior management, client representatives, and public.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively / Ability to multitask.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Inside Sales Rep (Entry Level)

Dalco, a division of Imperial Dade, is searching for a motivated Sales Development Specialist at our New Brighton, MN field office to maintain and develop customer relationships and grow profitable sales.
Successful reps will be capable relationship capable of building relationships via phone and virtual meetings, goal oriented, and have a strong business acumen.
The primary responsibility of this role is to pursue profitable sales opportunities to meet gross margin sales goals.

- Meet overall new business Sales and Profit goals along with all other quarterly promotional goals.
- Collaborate with category specialist to identify new opportunities with current customers.
- Make contacts with customers via phone, email, social media, and print.
- Track contacts and opportunities in CRM
- Maintains accurate file of all assigned accounts and is responsible for developing proposed price lists and price changes on selected accounts.
- Prepares and submits quotations, contracts, customer required reports, and promises delivery within established limits.
- Monitors and assists with resolutions of selected accounts receivable problem areas.
- Maintains opportunities through pipeline management.
- Performs all order-entry functions necessary to process customer orders.
- Maintains current book or file of all customer specifications and provides for revisions as required.
- Maintains relationships with customers, distributors, and other personnel in performance of duties.
- Handles confidential information and contacts where discretion is important.
- Understands and correctly uses all company trademarks and trade names.
- Promote and sell overstock / obsolete products.
- Generally displays a courteous and helpful attitude in order to provide a positive experience for our customers.
- Promptly follows up with customer after complaint to ensure they are satisfied with the action that was taken.
- Regularly listens to customers in an empathetic manner, ensuring an understanding of questions, concerns and requests and their feeling associated with them.
- Recommend potential departmental changes and improvements.
- Assist all customer support departments in resolution of customer problems and satisfaction of needs.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Seek input from employees, supervisors and other personnel involved with the job.

Qualifications
You have :
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training)
- 2 years of experience in a sales setting
- Experience in a distribution setting preferred
