Exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to grow with an innovative professional speaker and consultant in the DEI space.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
This role will be 1099 contractor, starting 20-25 hours per week with the potential to increase to up to 40 hours / week over the next 5-6 months.
This opportunity is completely remote, however client is looking for candidates based in Oakland, California or surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience supporting an executive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Expert in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel with executive when needed
- Previous experience assisting a professional speaker
- Tech-savvy
Candidates with an interest or previous experience in DEI field highly preferred.
Hourly rate : $25-$32 / hour DOE

The Opportunity
The Graphic Designer will work with other members of the account services, production and creative departments to conceptualize and convey a particular branded experience.
The ideal Graphic Designer will have 2-5 years of experience with the ability to lead projects from inception to production.
Exceptional communication and strong portfolio needed.
Working knowledge of graphic design software and tools, including :
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
- Strong layout / typography / print
- Google suite
- Creative thinking skills
- AutoCAD a big plus
Ideal specialized skills :
- Illustration

- UX / UI
- Sketch-up
- Rhino or similar

Educational Background :
A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, stage design or similar accreditation
Compensation :
- Salary range : $60-$70K annually DOE
