Service Driver (Driving for Dollars)

You’ll be responsible for driving a route, identifying new prospects from specific criteria, and utilizing software to deliver leads to our team.
This position is known as "driving for dollars" in real estate and is an effective way to build a customer list in a specific geographic region.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.

Compensation : $15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities :
Identify potential house leads from driving an assigned route, and inputting address information into our software
Qualifications :
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL) a plus
- Must possess great time management skills and communication skills
- Must have graduated high school or received equivalency
- Preference for candidates with prior delivery driver or related job experience
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in your state and a clean driving record
