As a Dishwasher at IHOP, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our restaurant! This includes :
- Washing dishes
- Sets and resets dining room tables
- Reseting tables according to specifications of restaurant
- Maintaining service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
- Performing all opening and closing side work as required
- Performing additional responsibilities including cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, mopping floors and other assorted cleaning duties

Cook (Line, Prep, Grill, Fry, Chef, Baker)
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food to the exact chef’s specifications and setting up stations for the menu.
Cook's duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.
g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions Clean up station and take care of leftover food Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Driver
As a Driver, you will be responsible for picking up food from a restaurant, transport it across a predetermined route, and delivering it to the customer.

- Executing annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives, strategies and tactics for the restaurant as defined by the current IHOP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the restaurant's current operations plan
- Developing and maintaining professional functional working relationship with restaurant hourly employees and the franchisee organization
- Managing the restaurant floor, focusing on regular contact with guests.
Handling guest complaints in a professional and timely manner, making sure that the frequency of complaints is within acceptable limits.
- Ensuring that employee recruitment and training, operations, food preparation, food safety and sanitation, and security practices are in compliance with SOP in these areas.

Our restaurant is looking for a server with remarkable hard skills and engaging people skills.
The right person for this job should be able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries, but not only that.
