Casino Systems Project Manager

Responsibilities

The Casino Systems Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a product or service project for a client, from inception to installation.

Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, system integration or consulting projects / engagements

  • Will be working at client sites a majority of the time.
  • Involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, services consultants, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.
  • Projects are focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products for the improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.
  • Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.
  • Oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years project management experience.
  • Must have knowledge of, networked systems, project management, inventory management, MS Suite including MS Project, organizational and analytical skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • PMP desired but not essential
  • Gaming operations experience
  • Knowledge of gaming industry, gaming regulations, casino operations and or slot technical ability
  • Operational knowledge of standalone networked and wireless gaming devices.

Sr. Data Privacy Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned business units to understand their use of data, their processing activities, and to assist in the planning and strategy regarding new uses of data.
  • Provide data privacy compliance consultation to IGT’s global business units and functional areas, as assigned.
  • Drive key processes for privacy including impact assessments, risk management coordination, compliance reporting and measurement, compliance audit support, third party compliance and regular stakeholder reporting.
  • Work closely with Legal and Procurement to further develop, maintain, and operationalize processes related to vendor assessment, onboarding, risk and performance monitoring, policy compliance, and offboarding.
  • Draft, evaluate, update, and collaborate on policies, procedures, user guides and manuals to ensure they reflect current regulatory requirements.
  • Participate and help craft corporate Privacy training and awareness programs and content.
  • Participate in the development of training and communication programs, and be able to customize trainings as needed for assigned business(es)
  • Able to connect with business leaders and all levels of staff to express the needs of the privacy office and the risk tolerance and mission of the company.
  • Assess and track the company's compliance to existing and future global regulations in privacy.
  • Monitor, report on and ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL etc.) and within IGT's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Assist in all privacy related projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with other analysts to identify data sharing and shared processing activities opportunities, and improved Privacy operations processes.
  • Participate in privacy, risk and compliance forums and organizations to learn new insights to resolve problems.
  • Along with the other members of the Privacy & Security Compliance team and Privacy Counsel prepare for and participate in audits.

Qualifications

  • Broad understanding of global data privacy and protection laws and regulations.

Education

Responsibilities

Provides customer service and performs a variety of duties related to the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, removal, and repair of Electronic Gaming or Lottery Devices and all related systems, equipment and signs.

  • Responsible for various install, troubleshooting, and repair of IGT gaming machines.

Treasury Manager

will include and are not limited to the following :

  • Lead and mentor team members in a fast-moving environment.
  • Oversee and guide in the development and execution of departmental policies, procedures, and projects; monitor workflow;

ensure department objectives are met timely and accurately; review and evaluate work and performance.

  • Ensures team adherence to SOX controls, government regulations, Treasury policies and GAAP.
  • Manages the cash flow forecast for North America, ensures there is adequate daily and short-term liquidity to meet the financial obligations of the organization.

Collaborates with internal Finance partners to understand the business and identify drivers to continuously improve the cash flow forecast.

  • Supervise and contribute to daily activities including but not limited to foreign currency trades, wire transfers, short-term debt management and intercompany cash movements.
  • Assist and guide in the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds.
  • Collaborate with internal Finance partners to determine and execute strategies to move funds between subsidiaries (intercompany loans, dividends, capital contributions, etc.).
  • Manage the bank administration process, including account management, bank services, document requirements and banking platforms.
  • Coordinate responses to internal / external audit requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience; at least 5 years of Treasury experience preferred
  • 2+ years of successful leadership / management experience
  • Thorough understanding of treasury operations including cash forecasting and cash management
  • Attention to detail with the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with teams across the organization and with external business partners
  • Understanding of GAAP
