ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Receives and ships packages utilizing : UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other carriers as needed.
• Assists in the loading of ICEE delivery trucks ensuring that they are equipped with ICEE product, current promotional stock, and POS (Point of Sale).
• Maintains organization of POS for the Route Sales team.
• Boxes and palletizes product, and equipment for shipment.
• Pulls orders for distributor pick up.
• Maintains daily and weekly inventory logs.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and ensures the general upkeep of warehouse / office facility.
• Fills-in for Route Sales Drivers as needed. See Route Sales Driver description for detailed requirements.
• Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, maintaining restrooms, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

COMPETENCIES :

To perform this job successfully, the Warehouse Driver must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision.

• Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements.
• Preferred two (2) years customer service and / or warehouse experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. required.
• Ability to Drive more than 40% of the time.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Possess basic computer skills in Microsoft software including Outlook, Excel, and Word, preferred.

Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.
