Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange (an Intercontinental Exchange company) is seeking a Porter in the Building Operations Group.

Responsibilities

  • Operates passenger elevator for daily bell groups, client meetings, VIP guest visits, executive officers
  • Must be able to interact on a professional level with clients, executives, VIP’s, etc.
  • Sets up and arranges chairs, other pieces of furniture and special equipment required for all conference rooms and events rooms on the 6th , 7th and 17th floors.
  • Performs daily cleaning at assigned work areas at 11 Wall and 18 Broad Street.
  • Responds to special service calls or emergencies resulting from spillage, breakage, leakage, flooding, etc.
  • Removes snow or ice at, or in vicinity of, building entrances.
  • Maintains supply bins and storage room in neat and clean condition.
  • Performs the operation of the freight elevator and / or assist with load in / load out of deliveries or equipment, large volumes of content for client events or other bulky materials for all NYSE departments.
  • Performs other job-related miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work overtime.

Knowledge or Experience

  • High School or Equivalent diploma preferred.
  • Ability to move or lift heavy or bulky objects up to 75 lbs.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
  • Presentable appearance.
  • Ability to communicate / interface clearly with internal and external customers on a daily basis and to assist with navigating the Conference Center.
  • Careful attention to safety and correct lifting techniques to avoid injury
  • Minimum of six months of related experience.

This role is on-site in our New York, NY office.

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates

The expected base salary for this role is between $48,546 - 61,265 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.

While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.

Analyst, Investor Relations

Job Purpose

The Analyst, Investor Relations role will collaborate with and support the executive and IR team in all Investor Relations functions.

The primary objective of the IR program is to educate and update investors and security analysts about the company based on analysis of data, trends and financial performance.

Specific areas of responsibility include :

  • Support all aspects of the investor relations program, under the guidance of the Manager of Investor Relations, including reviewing SEC filings, annual report development, annual shareholder meeting, IR website, investor conferences, investor meetings, quarterly earnings and governance / proxy related matters
  • Work with internal teams (Financing, Accounting, business unit leads, and others) to gather global performance data, competitive analysis, and in-depth financial and strategic information to draft earnings materials, press releases, and prepare management for investor meetings
  • Assist with creation and upkeep of investor relations materials including earnings presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, marketing decks and other analytical and support documents
  • Review SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and proxy materials
  • Coordinate conference call and webcast hosting logistics for the quarterly earnings calls and investor conferences
  • Take ownership of annual governance outreach to update shareholders on ESG matters
  • Collect and maintain analyst models to track performance against expectations and advise on internal improvements
  • Assist with the creation and review of routine monthly volume releases and other ad-hoc press releases, as needed
  • Assist with communications with investors and analysts
  • Coordinate Annual Shareholder Meeting logistics
  • Work with creative team to develop annual report design
  • Work with outside vendor to update content on Investor Relations website

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or closely related discipline; CPA, CFA or MBA a plus
  • At least 2 years of relevant financial experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, consulting, corporate finance or related fields
  • Must possess strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-starter who is results-oriented
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Purpose

As Social Media Manager, you will hold a critical leadership position in the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) marketing and communications organization.

You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing a strategic, analytics-focused social media program across ICE’s global businesses, which include the New York Stock Exchange.

The businesses of ICE span the financial services sector, ranging from high-profile IPOs on the NYSE floor to energy and commodities trading on ICE futures markets around the world, the sale of sophisticated data products to a broad range of customers, and a business focused on using technology to modernize the mortgage industry.

A successful candidate for this role will be able to develop storytelling approaches appropriate to each of ICE’s business and present them through our social channels in a compelling, engaging and coordinated manner.

The ICE Social Media Manager will lead a small team and work closely with communications, content production and marketing colleagues across the organization.

Given the highly collaborative nature of ICE’s culture, the Social Media Manager will function as a player / manager, thinking at 30,000 feet to develop sophisticated strategy at one moment and then creating and posting content to our social channels the next.

This role requires an individual to be both a leader and a champion of social media across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic and analytics-based social media program coordinated across ICE and its brands.
  • Work within a highly collaborative and matrixed organization to execute ICE’s social media strategy.
  • Lead our social media team with responsibility for its work product, vendor relationships, platforms and analytics.
  • Produce, edit and post engaging content for ICE’s social media platforms and manage team members engaged in these activities.
  • Track the performance of social media posts / campaigns and update ICE’s strategy and tactics based on analysis of the data gathered.
  • Coordinate closely with members of our communications, marketing and content production teams on storytelling initiatives.
  • Act as a champion for social media across ICE, supporting staff and executives in leveraging their social media presence.
  • Serve as an agile leader across the organization, working with marketing team members on paid social programs as well as organic social programming.

Knowledge and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required and an emphasis in communications, marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience as a social media professional working at a large global company or a major agency with previous people-management experience.
  • Experience managing a complex, global social media program for a large organization is required.
  • Deep understanding of social media measurement, data and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the modern social media landscape, including the emerging role of influencers in our industries.
  • Strong aptitude with modern social media tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and creative skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work successfully across a large, matrixed, global organization.
  • Experience working with senior corporate executives, celebrities and influencers.
