Answer incoming switchboard calls from the public / customers and route them as requested. Be able to adapt easily to a changing work environment.

Job Description :

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Direct calls to the proper destination

Answer 46 calls per staffed hour

Provide World Class service by earning 95% or better on QA scores

Attend the number of hours per day to work as determined by management

Provide basic information to callers regarding operating hours

Identify risk and suspicious activity for escalation

Participate in bank initiative and accept duties as assigned

Educated on standard use of office equipment

Respond to any system anomalies and report to management

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED

Familiar with phone etiquette practices and basic navigation on the IBC portal. Basic knowledge of Bank operations.

6 months in an office environment with some receptionist experience desired.

Active listening skills and basic problem solving ability. Able to function in a fast paced, performance based environment.

Spanish speaker preferred.

Supports Account Executive team on essential functions supporting clients' service needs to the agency's quality and service standards.

This position includes training to become a full Account Executive.

Job Description :

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Support Account Executive with day-to-day service needs for clients
  • Support Account Executive with marketing for new and renewal coverages
  • Support Account Executive with claim and cancellation activities for client

Detailed duties :

  • Process Certificates and Evidences of Property with Account Executive oversight
  • Issue Auto ID cards
  • Add / Remove Lienholders
  • Maintain accurate client data in agency management system (AMS)
  • Request / follow up / complete / deliver client change requests from carriers / brokers
  • Ensure AMS policy, applications, transactions are updated based on changes
  • Prepare / Follow-up on policy cancellations forms
  • Notify AE of any cancellations
  • Request MVRs as directed
  • Quote and issue premium finance notes as directed by Account Executive
  • Input data into AMS to create client files and policies
  • Complete policy checklists as directed by Account Executive
  • Pull endorsements and policies from carrier websites
  • Create house / property valuations
  • Gather Renewal Supplemental applications as directed by Account Executive

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Ability to communicate and understand orally and in writing with others to explain complex or abstract issues, receive and interpret complex information and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and accurately perform simple calculation involving decimals and fractions

Education :

Prefer high school diploma or equivalent
