Hyundai of Lincolnwood has a High-Volume Service Center bordering the north side of Chicago.
We are currently searching for a service Center Dispatcher to provide support to our service department , service advisors, and technicians.
We need a positive, high-energy candidate with some service center experience preferred, but not required.
Hyundai is growing as a brand, and Leader Automotive is increasing as a dealer group.

Responsibilities :
- Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the flow of service work through the service department
- Schedules shop work to facilitate maximum productivity in accordance with dealership policy and the technician skill level required
- Prioritizes and controls all comebacks to ensure proper and prompt attention.
- Ensures proper repair order documentation, i.e., complaint, cause and correction noted on every repair order with punch time for each operation.
- Maintains an organized and up-to-date repair log.
- Reviews hard copies of repair orders turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been performed and the repair order has been completed properly.
- Communicates job status with the service director / manager
- Opens and closes repair orders.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
Qualifications :
Must be a top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers
Preferred 1 year experience in automobile service write ups
Experience with CDK is a plus
Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed
Must possess a valid driver's license
