Who We Are :
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an F-15E Mission Training Center (MTC) Instructor Pilot or Instructor Weapons System Officer (WSO) to support the 31st Combat Training Squadron / Virtual Test & Training Center at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV.
This individual must be capable of operating the F-15E simulator to support USAF Weapons School or Operational Test events using current tactics and joint employment standards.
Instructors will maintain ground currency for Instrument Refresher Course and Crew Resource Management. You will be required to operate mission planning software and be able to load files into simulator and associated devices (Electronic Flight Book, etc.
to support a wide range of MTC missions. 31st CTS Instructors are primarily responsible for operation of the F-15E Instructor Operating System (IOS) and serving as Strike Eagle Subject Matter Expert.
Additional duties include : participating in mission planning events, producing mission planning products for mission execution, analyze post mission data and may be utilized to operate the VTTC Battlespace Environment.
Additionally, you will support working groups with government and the MTC vendor to advance capabilities of the F-15E MTC to support customer requirements.
Finally, this position will serve as a dedicated, expert-level liaison with USAF Weapons School, 53d Test & Evaluation Group and other associated organizations supporting USAF Warfare Center mission.

What You Will Do :
- Develops training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials to be employed during procedures, simulation, and / or flight training.
- Conducts instructional sessions, briefings, follow-ups, and proficiency checks on flight simulators in accordance with federal air regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Evaluates trainee progress and recommends qualification or additional training.
- Reviews simulator design and training effectiveness to provide maximum proficiency. Coordinates utilization schedules for training flight crews and necessary engineering support.
What We're Looking For :
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to support customer requirements
Preferred Requirements
- Previous F-15E experience within last 5 years as an Instructor (W / K prefix). Individuals with previous simulator instructor experience will be evaluated on a case by case basis predicated on aircraft & mission type.

What you will do
