Job Duties

  • Bilingual Italian is required
  • Ensure office personnel supports Italian headquarters
  • Guarantee customers that date-sensitive and instruction-specific orders are properly handled and executed correctly.
  • Creating new and / or improved standard operating procedures to better suit the office environment and work flow.
  • Supervise 4 report-ins.
  • Liaise with Sales people, Operations Director and Controller on a daily basis to confirm there is no loss of communication for order fulfillment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Bilingual Italian is required
  • 3 5 years of Accounting and Office management, Customer Service, and supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational and accounting & finance skills
  • Computer and modern technology e.g., tablets, phones, scanners, copiers, etc. knowledge is a must.
  • MS Office (word, excel, power point, access) proficiency

Languages

HR Assistant

Opportunity Description

Provide administrative support to the applicable Human Resources supervisor with an emphasis on the on-boarding process.

The Human Resources Assistant is also responsible for responding to basic employee questions and inquiries; prepares appropriate basic documentation and processes accompanying paperwork.

The Human Resources Assistant works under the immediate supervision of the applicable Human Resources supervisor.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the overall new hire on-boarding process (meeting candidates, collecting paperwork and processing required clearances).
  • Obtain required clearances for all prospective new hires.
  • Prepares appropriate basic documentation and processes accompanying paperwork.
  • Facilitate interviews as requested.
  • Maintain electronic new hire tracking system.
  • Generate employment letters as needed.
  • Enter all new hires into HRIS
  • Assists in maintaining HR records and files.
  • Responsible for responding to basic employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and Human Resources policies.
  • Assists in other departmental and organizational projects as needed and as assigned.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous exposure to Human Resources
  • BA Degree.
  • Proficient computer skills (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Professional communication and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and adapts quickly to new tasks
