Private Principals located in Monroe, NY , are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as the Principals liaison, for all professional business affairs between their corporate offices located in Midtown -Manhattan, NY and on their 30 acres of property just North of Tuxedo in Orange County, NY .

The well seasoned Executive Assistant will have the knowledge to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations and management of the estate, business dealings and volume of globally staffed employees, ensuring performance levels have exceeded the principals expectations, meeting the highest levels of standards, and administrative support with the experience to get the job done right.

Flexibility and someone who will listen and accept criticism (if / when needed) will work best. Prior experience working with UHNW individuals and confidentiality is required and held to the highest regard handling sensitive information and estate matters.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours : On site, Monday-Friday, Must be flexible for evenings, weekends as needed
• Years of Experience (5 + years) working in a similar role, UHNW estate operations
• Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, team management abilities, and forward planning skills
• Excellent communicator, well spoken and articulate, with a top eye for detail in every respect
• Experienced with expenses and reconciliation, financial management and budgeting
• Minimum of 2 References
• Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Job Title : Housekeeper / Cook for Family with Teenagers

Location : Midtown Manhattan, New York City

Job Summary : We are a happy family residing in a high-rise building in Midtown Manhattan, seeking a reliable and experienced housekeeper to join our household.

We have two wonderful teenagers and are looking for someone who can maintain a clean and organized home while providing assistance with cooking, if the individual enjoys culinary tasks.

Deep cleaning skills, the ability to handle teenage clutter, and proficiency in ironing shirts are important. Additional responsibilities may include organizing projects and occasional trips to storage with the mother.

While not required, the option to travel to Rhode Island with our family is available.

What Works Best for Family : We need an individual who can handle a variety of tasks, including cleaning, running errands, cooking simple meals, and assisting with organization.

Experience with different cleaning surfaces and stain removal techniques is preferred.

Requested Duration : Long-term commitment

About the Family : Adults : 2 Children : 2 (17-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl) Dogs : 1 well-behaved dog (a dog walker is also available)

Position Responsibilities :

• Perform full deep cleaning of the home.
• Pick up after the teenagers and help maintain a tidy living space.
• Iron shirts and handle laundry tasks.
• Prepare simple meals such as salads and chicken.
• Assist with organizing projects and decluttering.
• Occasionally walk the dog (if the individual enjoys dogs).
• Optional travel to Rhode Island with the family.

Position Requirements :

Availability for work on Mondays and Fridays from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM. The individual can choose the third workday.

3 work days 24 hours- with option of more days / hours depending on cooking skills)

• English speaking- or Spanish but must be able to communicate in English
• Years of experience in housekeeping.
• Minimum of 2 references.
• Successful completion of stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire.
• Trustworthy, thoughtful, hardworking, and reliable personality traits.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Hourly salary : $35-$40 per hour, based on experience.
• Live-out position (no accommodation provided).
• 1 week of paid vacation.

High profile individuals in The Upper East Side are in need of an experienced driver with stamina and smarts to work full time between the city, the hamptons, and upstate.

Occasional trips out of the state for the day as well.

There will sometimes be very long days with a few twists and tuns, so they need someone who is sharp and quick thinking. Candidate must be discreet, respectful, and not intrusive to the principles and staff.

Looking to fill this position ASAP. Prior driver experience in this capacity is a must!

$40 / hour plus overtime pay over 40 hours. Typical week can be anywhere from 60-65 hours.
