Essential Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents, and floors with specifically assigned cleaning agents. Dispose of trash.
- Dust all furniture and pictures, clean all windows and glass, and vacuum public areas. Sweep and mop public areas.

- Report any suspicious looking persons or activity to the Housekeeping Leader.

Job Overview
A Bartender is responsible for taking care of all guests, in addition to, preparing and mixing beverages in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities
- Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness.
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Ice, mix, garnish and present drinks, according to the standards set forth by the company.
- Practice prudent portion controls, as set by the company.
- Maintain accountability of all beverages served by inputting orders into a register at the Point of Sale system and creating a check for the guest.
Additionally, ensuring a printout stub or copy of the check before issuing any beverages.
- Receive cash, coupons, and credit card from the guest or server, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed in order to balance bank.
- Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes cleanliness, requisitioning and stocking of all beverages up to par set for the outlet, as well as, paper products (straws), stirrers, condiments, and other products needed.
- Responsible for maintaining inventories up to par. This includes doing a spot check inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift.
- Prepare garnishes for beverages.
- Follow proper closing procedures, lock up and store beverages, condiments and other equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure bank.
- Responsible for loading / unloading glasses from bar dishwasher, as well as, polishing all glassware.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs.
- Perform all assigned side work.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned, to adhere to health standards.

Job Overview
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel.
Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and back of house areas.
- Respond to guest calls and colleague work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and / or equipment.
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry.
- Wall covering installation and repair.
- Conduct inspections for preventative maintenance needs.
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
- Assist with the patrolling of the interior and perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.
- Respond to emergency situations including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and / or property.
- Promote safe work practices.

Qualifications
Education :

Work Environment

The goal of the Sous Chef is to manage a specific department and work with the Executive Chef and / or Executive Sous Chef to create, implement and maintain quality standards.

The Event Sales Manager generates business by selling and coordinating the execution of private events in Nighthawk. This role will be responsible for all phases of the sales and booking process, as well as the planning and coordination of the event through execution.
In this position, the Event Sales Manager will participate in the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers with focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of optimum sales objectives.

Job Overview
The Event Planning Manager acts as the liaison between clients that have booked events and the hotel staff.
Essential Responsibilities
- Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, and have FUN in a team environment.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Plan, up sell and detail programs with clients including; verification and modification of space requirements, times, equipment, menus, themes, decorations, etc.
