You will serve custom crafted cocktails and outstanding savory fare in a professional, courteous manner, while doing their part to ensure that service comes out simultaneously, in a high quality and timely fashion.

The Pool Server is an essential support to the Front of House team in creating unforgettable poolside experiences for guests.

Essential Duties and Functions / Responsibilities / Tasks :

• Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Greet and welcome guests in the pool area.
• Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Notate, ring-up, and serve the food and beverage requested by guest.
• Run beverages and food to and from the bar to the pool.
• Provide general pool area upkeep and cleanliness.
• Assist guests at the pool with general service.

Requirements :

• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Ability to work on your feet in for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to lift / push / reach for / carry 30+ pounds frequently.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• 6 months to 1 year experience; high volume and / or fine dining experience preferred but not required.

• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
• Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
• Greet and welcome guests at the bar or in the bar area.

• Resolve issues for guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.

Full-time Hourly Position ranging from $16.00-$21.00 hourly DOE plus benefits. Located in Albuquerque, NM. Working out of our Hotel Albuquerque of Old Town.

Position Purpose : The Line cook will prepare signature dishes under the direction of an Executive Chef and / or Sous Chef and ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in a high quality and timely fashion.

The line cook is an essential support to the Front of House team in creating unforgettable dining experiences for guests.

Essential Duties :

• Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
• Set up / breakdown and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in collaboration with other kitchen team members.
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

• Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
• Must be able to lift / push / reach for / carry 30+ pounds frequently.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
• 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and / or fine dining cook experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience / training.
