    Hostwinds is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our growing team.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in relevant business, computer science, or engineering disciplines

    5+ Years of sales experience

    2+ Years of experience working in an industry related to cloud computing or web hosting

    Strong technical background, with a detailed understanding of our product offerings and what we do.

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Responsibilities

    The technical sales manager is responsible for aiding our customers in selecting the right services for their needs.

    Will communicate with our customers through various channels (email, ticket, live chat, phone call)

    Will help to ensure that our clients find the right solutions for their unique requirements.

    Will create the framework, (training materials, documentation, etc..) for hiring and building out a sales team. Will then be responsible for helping to execute and hire the right individuals to fill out this team.

    Hostwinds is currently searching for a Technical Recruiter in the Seattle area.

    Position Summary

    As a Recruiter for Hostwinds, you are a critical partner to the business and influence the recruiting strategy and execution.

    You will also collaborate, deliver results, and earn trust with peers and hiring managers at all levels. It will require you to partner effectively and cross-functionally with shared service teams and other key internal partners in a technical realm.

    This role is responsible for closing offers with skillful individuals and creating programmatic approaches to attracting, screening, and selecting talent.

    You will generate engagement strategies to reach diverse populations and contribute to and lead the recruiting process with sourcing teams and designated client groups.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

    Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience

    Minimum 2+ years experience recruiting software development engineers

    Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines

    Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills

    Responsibilities

    Full life cycle recruiting from the first phone call to the new hire’s first day

    Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks, and pipelines

    Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

    Dive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting

    The Recruiter will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition

    Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fit within Hostwinds mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
