Description
JOB OVERVIEW :
Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to follow instructions (written & verbal), safely and accurately complete assigned duties, and maintain company standards.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, receiving materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and / or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack.
Maintain receiving / shipping logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
Move materials to the production area using the FIFO standard.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to operate a forklift in a safe manner.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Receive material.
Moving material.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must pass forklift written test and driving skills test.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
Requires six months previous forklift experience in a big box environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
The employee must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects using arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, legs, or a combination of these muscle groups to a maximum of 50 pounds.
OTHER ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS NOT LISTED ABOVE INCLUDE :
Reading, writing, basic English communication, basic math skills.
MACHINES / TOOLS USED :
Forklifts, electric and manual floor jacks, computer systems, and other department specific tools.
Electrician
Job Overview
The Electrician performs a full range of maintenance / engineering assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific work situations.
Responsibilities :
Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments.
Backs-up and restores PLC programs on Allen-Bradley and Schneider PLCs
Troubleshoots Ethernet communications and device IP configuration
Provides Electrical support on all bakery capital expenditure projects
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools.
Starts devices to test their performance.
Perform bearing analysis and installation.
Analyzes electrical circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings, and installs, repairs, calibrates, services, or replaces electrical devices and systems, and power generation devices to prevent overload using an amp probe, recording meter and various hand, power, and specialty tools.
Performs preventive maintenance on uninterrupted power supply systems, generators, and air compressors to maintain system operation and reliability to ensure uninterrupted power and continuous air supply to critical facilities, equipment and systems using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools (e.
g., hydrometer, voltmeter, amp meter, digital keypad, etc.).
Analyzes electrical circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings, and installs, repairs, calibrates, services, or replaces electrical devices and systems, and power generation devices to prevent overload using an amp probe, recording meter and various hand, power, and specialty tools.
Other duties as defined.
Qualifications :
2 or more years of industrial electrical and / or process control experience is preferred.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
Experience in a Manufacturing environment a plus.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to sit (5%), stand (25%), walk (25%), kneel / squat (25%), and bend (20%) for 8 hours. Ability to lift approximately up to a maximum of 75 pounds, approximately 2 times per week from floor to waist.
Ability to reach overhead various times per day and to ground various times per day. Climbing stairs and ladders various times per day.
Ability to push / pull refrigeration compressors, 55-gallon barrels, motors, gearboxes, and panels weighing 100-450 lbs.

Reading, writing, seeing, hearing, communicating, adding, subtracting, understanding instructions, and complete mental capabilities.
Ability to tolerate temperature extremes daily and to be in unprotected heights approximately daily. Exposure and sugar dust, refrigerants, and chemicals daily.
