Specific Requirements :
- Enforce quiet hours.
- Making regular tours of property, including parking lot, hallways, lobby and stairwells.
- Ensuring property conditions.
- Ensure lightings in all common areas (hallways, stairwells, lobby and parking lots) are properly lit.
- Document everything in writing and pictures as necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Experience :
- Preferably 1 year experience in security.
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
- Physically fit for the job requirements.
- Good communication and ability to work well with others.
- Organized and focused on safety of property, guests, and employees.
Attendant night

Specific Requirements :
- Conduct courtesy calls with-in 30 minutes after guest check-in.
- Assists guests with request and / or complaints after regular office hours.
- May handle check-ins / check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost / lockouts.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry.
- Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
- Provides courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area.
- Ensures exceptional customer service to all guests while maintain guest privacy and safety
- May compute bill, collect payments, and make changes for guests, post charges to Property Management system.
- Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience :
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Must have basic office skills (math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
- Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred

Specific Requirements :
- Welcome guests with friendly greeting and smile while performing all guest related services.
- Remove and replace dirty linens and terry, change and make beds
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, sinks, fridge, floors etc.
- Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces / areas according to OSHA regulations and HomeTowne's requirements.
- Communicate with front desk about room information, maintenance cards, lost and found items and any discrepancies between stayovers and checkouts.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
- Perform self-room inspections and accepting feedback from room quality inspections performed by hotel management and trained team members.
- Cross train in laundry, maintenance and / or front desk job functions, if possible.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Experience :
- 1 year preferred in hotel cleaning or similar experience.
- 1 year in previous customer service position.
- Must maintain professional appearance in Hometown's provided uniform.
- Must be able to work in non-climate controlled areas.
- Must be able to easily and frequently change from one task to another and work with minimal supervision.
- Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.
