JOB SUMMARY
Starting Wage $12.50 Banquet Servers bridge the kitchen and our event guests, ensuring that the food is served in a timely and efficient manner and the guests at each table are happy.
As Banquet Server, you will work events including weddings, corporate events, and conventions. You may also assist with setup, tear-down, and cleanup of the event space.
Our banquet servers are always organized, calm, and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure their tables have the best experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and a smile.
- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Relay and / or enter order into POS system for the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and / or bar.
- Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed.
- May assist kitchen staff by ladling soup, tossing salad, portioning desserts, brewing coffee, and performing other services as determined by the needs of the restaurant.
- Clear and reset counters and tables at the conclusion of each guest.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of food service regulations.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy trays.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Our Line Cooks prepare the signature, quality food our brand is known for. The ideal line cook cares about the details, remains calm in the face of multiple complicated tickets, and has a willingness to learn new cooking techniques and menu items.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently prepares food items as ordered.
- Exercises food safety and kitchen sanitation practices in to deliver a quality product.
- Weighs, measures, and mixes ingredients according to recipes.
- Properly prepares meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
- Reviews daily assignments with supervisor.
- Plans for anticipated demand throughout shift.
- Maintains cleanliness and working order of work area, tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepares and maintains the line and par levels as required by the current menu.
- Keeps walk in cooler / freezer organized.
- May assist with inventory, temp logs and waste logs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of food service regulations.
- Skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy; able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
